This quick start guide will help you design and create effective playbooks for any Customer 360. Playbooks are the most scalable way to be proactive. They allow you to guide your CSM, CSE, or TAM through an important process like onboarding a customer, handling a negative survey response, or guiding the customer through a successful renewal process.
